Five-Year Strategic Plan
The State Council on Developmental Disabilities held every 5 years strategic plan, which revolves around three areas of emphasis. These are Advocacy, capacity expansion and system changes. These areas are worked through Education and Early Intervention, Formal and Informal Community Supports and Quality Assurance. For each of the areas are work-related goals with employment, health, transportation, housing and others.
